Through our association with Shumaker Mallory LLP, we focus on providing sophisticated legal services to startups, entrepreneurs, growing companies and investors, both institutional and high-net worth individuals.  Most of our senior personnel were formerly partners in national law firms.

Our core practice focuses on business transactions, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments and development, and business litigation.  We have expertise in a number of industries, including restaurants and hospitality, crowdfunding and internet portals, private real estate funds and REITs, and the representation of professional athletes, musicians, actors and entertainers in real estate, tech and other investments.

We have a casual practice and can accommodate part-time and other special arrangements that traditional law firms can’t always handle.

We are currently looking for the following additions to our firm.  Please note that at this time we are not hiring interns, summer associates or attorneys with less than two years of practice.

• Transactional Associates.  Candidates should have strong academic credentials and at least two years’ experience in a practice focusing heavily on corporate or real estate transactions.
• Lateral Partners and Of Counsel.  Candidates should have an existing client base as well as  the capacity to take on assignments from our clients.
